Ongoing work on the booking system behind Cultivara's guided tree-climbing tours: bookings, partial refunds and automatic emails.

Cultivara runs guided tree-climbing tours in Vancouver and has hosted more than 1,000 climbers. The site started as a WordPress build around the owner's vision. We have worked with Tom since launch, improving the systems that run the business day to day. It is an ongoing partnership rather than a single build.

Challenge

A tour business lives on its booking flow. Cancellations, partial refunds and confirmation emails were taking manual work.

Solution

We improved the booking system, added partial refund handling, and rebuilt the automatic email notifications.

Results

Partial refunds now happen inside the booking system and booking emails go out automatically. We keep adding features as the business changes.
