Designed a cover for an essential building code manual, visually integrating a detailed cross-section diagram to immediately convey the book's specific focus on executive construction details. The layout successfully balances the official organizational branding/logos with the complex technical illustration, making critical regulation information easily accessible and professional. The book is about the regulations and technical standards for Energy Conservation in new and existing buildings.
Designed a clean, authoritative cover for a construction manual, utilizing a minimalist layout and high-contrast text appropriate for professional engineering resources. The use of a blueprint background and a magnifying glass graphic effectively conveys the book's focus on precision and detailed scrutiny of architectural drawings.
This cover design for a critical engineering manual effectively balances technical clarity (diagrams, structure, data) with professional branding (Alborz Engineering emblem), demonstrating an ability to design for highly specific, industry-regulated content.

Mirror work, or Āyeneh-kāri, is one of Iran’s most exquisite traditional decorative arts. It involves the cutting, shaping, and setting of small pieces of mirror into intricate geometric and floral patterns on walls, ceilings, doors, and domes to create a dazzling, light-reflecting surface. This art form flourished during the Safavid (16th–17th centuries) and Qajar (19th century) periods, adorning palaces, mosques, shrines, and mansions throughout Iran. The technique transformed architectural interiors into luminous, almost spiritual spaces where light fragmented into countless reflections, symbolizing divine illumination and infinity.Artisans would first prepare a plaster or stucco base, then embed cut mirrors into elaborate designs—sometimes combined with painted tiles, stucco carvings, and gilded ornaments. The results were compositions of incredible precision and harmony, blending mathematical geometry with artistic imagination.
LalehJin Pottery SchoolParvaneh Farhanpour – July 28, 2000Architectural Design ThesisThis project is located in the historic core of LalehJin, a city known for its pottery tradition. The design functions as both an architectural and urban space, establishing connections between the surrounding alleys and passageways. On the ground floor, the program incorporates spaces that promote social interaction, including shops, exhibition areas, performance venues, and training classrooms. Internal walkways are designed to reinforce the structure while maintaining accessibility to the historic context. The maquette, built at a 1:30 scale with cardboard and copper foil, reflects the conceptual foundation of the project: the four elements of nature—Water, Wind, Earth, and Fire.Third Floor Plan
