Most directories sell the top spots. Openleet doesn't. A business is listed when its profile is complete enough to be useful, and the plan you pay for never changes your position.
Your business can appear in three places: Explore, the map, and the local directory with pages for each province, town and category.

Town and category pages
Pages like Canada, then British Columbia, then Squamish, then Accountants, each listing the businesses there.
A fair quality bar
Profiles are listed once they reach the quality bar: a clear description, a category, a complete location and ways to reach you.
No thin pages
A town or category page is only offered to search engines once it lists at least five good profiles, so empty pages don't drag everyone down.

Questions
- Can I pay to be listed higher?
- No. Paid plans add tools to your profile. They don't buy a better spot.
- Why isn't my business listed yet?
- Usually the profile is missing a category, a full address or a description. The health check shows what is missing.
- Is the directory only for Squamish?
- No. It covers all of Canada. Squamish is the first town we are filling with local businesses.
